Our Paper Converting Capabilities:

• Die Cutting: High speed rotary die cutting and progressive blanking, multi-cavity compound or laser rule die cutting.
• Kiss Cutting: Precise partial depth cutting for laminates with adhesive backed materials. We have several presses with kiss cut capabilities.
  
• Slitting Converting: Wide and narow roll specialists: high speed slitting and traverse or semi automated rewinding for very narrow width or small diameter rolls; with cores or coreless; US, metric, or custom cores available.
• Custom Die Cutting: Intricate patterns or simple discs or rings. From roll to roll, or sheets. ISO 9001, QS 9000.
• 
• Sheeting Converting: Very small to very large. Contact us with your size or email a drawing or blueprint.
• Printing: 2-color flexo and 4-color process with die or kiss-cutting, perforating, or laminating in line.
• Coatings: Poly, release, heat seal, adhesive, cohesive, cold-seal, hot-melt, pressure sensitive, clay, and pyroxylin.
• Tape Converting: Slitting, kiss cutting, printing, die cutting, laminating, or rewinding. Release liners applied.

EMI's other converting capabilities include laminating of adhesives, transfer tapes with liners laminated to foil, film, paper, or nonwovens. We also have specialty coatings, kiss cutting, four color process or two color flexo printing, die cutting I/O discs, circles, rings and endcaps. Narrow roll slitting and extensive sheeting capabilities available, as well as packaging. 

EMI offers semi-automated and hand assembly converting for intricate work or start-ups, very small roll products or specialty paper packaging requirements.
